About Us

At Molina Stucco & Plastering LLC, we believe that your property’s exterior should be as beautiful as it is resilient. Founded on a commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship and rigorous structural standards, we specialize in high-end traditional three-coat stucco, artisan plaster finishes, and advanced polymer concrete overlays for pool decks and outdoor living spaces. We don't just apply surfaces—we build stone-like shells engineered to shield your home, elevate its architectural character, and withstand the elements for generations.

True stucco is an art form that requires absolute mechanical precision and a master plasterer's touch. The team at Molina Stucco & Plastering LLC specializes in the traditional three-coat system, meticulously managing everything from the foundational weather-resistant barriers and code-compliant wire lath to the perfectly flat-rodded scratch and brown coats. Whether you are looking for the rugged, shadow-catching depth of a hand-applied skip-trowel texture or the ultra-luxury, mirror-flat elegance of a hard-steel troweled smooth Santa Barbara finish, we have the specialized artisan skill to bring your vision to life without compromising structural integrity.

Our expertise doesn't stop at your walls. Recognizing that flat horizontal surfaces demand entirely different engineering than vertical structures, Molina Stucco & Plastering LLC offers specialized horizontal decking solutions that bring the premium aesthetic of stucco to your poolside. By utilizing cutting-edge, polymer-modified acrylic concrete overlays rather than brittle wall mixes, we deliver pool surrounds that are built to perform. From slip-resistant knockdown spray decks that stay remarkably cool under bare feet to polished, hand-troweled Euro-tile micro-toppings, we provide pool finishes that effortlessly survive harsh chlorine, heavy UV exposure, and continuous foot traffic.

• Master Craftsmen: We understand the complex mechanics of plastering—from timing the hydration of a base wall to cross-cutting trowel seams to eliminate imperfections.
• Engineered for Longevity: We strictly adhere to proper curing timelines, material mix designs, and specialized sealing procedures to prevent failure and minimize cracking.
• Seamless Exterior Solutions: By mastering both vertical stucco walls and horizontal pool deck resurfacing, we offer a completely unified, high-end aesthetic across your entire property.
